Whether to install a water system in our house was a very big decision for us. Drew was very patient with us and answered all our questions thoroughly. We are very happy that we did decide to put it in. Our drinking water is safer now and tastes great! Our skin and hair feels cleaner, along with our clothes. A bonus is that we do not have hard water stains on our shower doors anymore. The installers were great and even made an extra trip to our house to answer some questions. We did do comparison shopping before going with Water Cure and are happy we decided to go with them. We feel they will provide us with good customer service now and down the road.

Our well water was extremely hard. Also, foul smelling and tasting. Watercure USA fixed all that. They installed a reverse osmosis unit supplying great tasting drinking water to kitchen and bathroom in addition to the whole house softener/filter. Reasonable price and Drew and his crew were great to deal with. Friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them!

Finished installing a new tankless RO system for a family in Orchard Park today! They were upgrading from an older traditional tank model that was taking up too much space under their sink. The new Watercure Elite Tankless system gives them 75 gallons per day with nearly zero wait time between glasses. Had to reconfigure some of the under-sink plumbing to accommodate the new design, but everything fit perfectly once I rearranged their cleaning supplies storage. Connected the system to their refrigerator water line as well for double-filtered ice - a bonus feature they were excited about! Water quality testing post-installation showed 99.2% contaminant removal - excellent results! Walked them through the simple filter replacement process they'll need to do annually. The whole family was impressed with the immediate improvement in water taste. They're thrilled to have both better water AND more storage space!
